About cosmetic dentistry

Your smile is the first impression others have of you, so it makes sense to want it bright, white and healthy. According to the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, more than 99 percent of American adults believe a smile is an important social asset.

Dr. Saboowala has extensive experience in cosmetic dentistry. She starts by listening to what you'd like to change, then recommends the simplest treatment, or combination of treatments, that will get you there.

Common questions

Is dental bonding a good option for me?
Bonding is one of the quickest and most affordable ways to improve your smile. It works well for minor chips, cracks, discoloration and small gaps. With good care, including regular brushing, dental visits and avoiding chewing ice or hard candy, bonding can last up to ten years. Dr. Saboowala will let you know whether bonding or another option such as veneers suits your goals.
Which cosmetic treatment is right for me?
It depends on what you'd like to change. Whitening addresses color, Invisalign addresses alignment, and veneers can change shape, size and color together. Dr. Saboowala will recommend the most conservative option that meets your goals.
Is cosmetic dentistry covered by insurance?
Purely cosmetic treatment usually isn't, but treatments that also restore function sometimes are. We'll review your benefits and discuss financing, including CareCredit, before you begin.
