About Invisalign®

Invisalign® is a great choice for patients who want a more discreet way to straighten their teeth. Instead of brackets and wires, it uses a series of custom-made, computer-generated clear aligners. Each set makes small changes, and as you switch to the next set about every two weeks, your teeth are gently guided into place.

Dr. Saboowala is Invisalign® certified. At your first visit she'll determine whether Invisalign is a good fit for you, and you'll visit us regularly during treatment so we can make sure your smile is progressing as planned.

Invisalign can correct

  • Crowded teeth
  • Crooked teeth
  • Gapped and spaced teeth
  • Certain bite problems: overbite, underbite, open bite and crossbite

How treatment works

Consultation

Dr. Saboowala checks your teeth and bite and confirms whether Invisalign is right for you.

Custom aligners

Your aligners are made from a precise model of your teeth.

Wear & switch

Wear each set as directed and switch to the next set about every two weeks.

Keep your results

When treatment is complete, a retainer helps hold your new smile in place.

Why patients choose Invisalign

Virtually invisible

Clear aligners are hard to spot when you talk, laugh or smile.

Eat what you love

Take your aligners out to eat. No foods are off-limits the way they are with braces.

Comfortable

Smooth, thin plastic instead of wires that need tightening.

Fewer visits

Routine check-ins every four to six weeks keep treatment on track.

Common questions

Is Invisalign right for adults?
Yes, it's often a great choice for adults and teens who want a virtually invisible option. Dr. Saboowala will confirm whether your case is a good fit at your consultation.
Can I take my aligners out?
Yes. They're removable, so you can take them out to eat, brush and floss, then put them right back in.
How often will I need to come in?
Usually every four to six weeks, so we can check your progress and give you your next sets of aligners.
